All the brand's accessories are created and made from noble materials: skins and leathers carefully selected from our French supplier, silk satin and velvet, banana fiber, and of course Swarovski® pearls and crystals.

All the head jewelry and hair accessories or small leather goods of the French designer brand are made in France: they are made in its Parisian workshops. The craftsmen of the luxury House have been working every day, and for many years, in the making and assembly of these: they perfectly master their know-how.

Like any piece of craftsmanship, our accessories are entirely handmade.

Despite all the care taken in their realization and a completely normal use on your part, you may have to return your part to us for repair: drop it in our Parisian store or return it directly to our manufacturing workshops. , we will perform this repair free of charge.

Any order for a product in stock is prepared and shipped within 24 hours (except for orders placed on weekends and holidays).

Since Valérie Valentine is a French Maison that produces its hair accessories in an artisanal way, those in your order may not be in stock (we ban over-production and therefore over-consumption). We therefore allow ourselves an additional period of up to 5 working days maximum for their preparation, then for their shipment.

In all cases, your package will travel under the guarantee conditions and delivery times provided by Colissimo, Chronopost, UPS, DHL or Mondial Relay, depending on the mode of transport you have chosen when placing your order. For a withdrawal in store, the delivery times are a maximum of 2 working days, once the parts and accessories are available in stock.

You can follow the shipment, the progress and the delivery of your parcel thanks to the follow-up emails which are sent to you, and which include the tracking numbers of your package. Do not hesitate to open your spam / junk mailbox and / or add the e-mail address in your address book, to make sure you receive our communications.

You have a period of 15 days after receipt of your order to return any accessories that do not satisfy you completely, against reimbursement. Please note that hair accessories and pieces whose label has been detached or which have been visibly worn cannot be the subject of any return or refund.

You can register your return request on our website, in your "My account" area, from the history and order details tab.

2 - Follow the steps

  • Select the order concerned by a return of one or more products.
  • Check the product (s) to return.
  • Explain to us the reasons for your return.
  • Click on "request a return".

When our shipping and order management teams have validated your return request, they will send you a shipping label so that you can return the selected hair accessory (iess) to us, without cost for you.

3 - Send

Stick the return label provided by our customer service to your package: you don't have to pay anything, everything is taken care of! All you have to do is drop it off at the Mondial Relay point or post office of your choice, depending on the return method selected!
